SilverSneakers® Classic - Tue and Thu 9:30AM
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers® CardioFit - Wed and Fri 9:30AM
SilverSneakers CardioFit is an advanced group exercise class designed for active adults who desire a safe and effective low-impact cardiovascular workout. Energizing and easy-to-follow movements promote heart-healthy, total-body conditioning to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. In addition, a variety of strength training options are offered to provide a well-rounded workout.
SilverSneakers® Yoga - Fri 9:30AM
Move through a whole-bodyseries of seated and standing yoga poses and breathing exercises. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Never heard of Pickleball? It’s a fun paddle sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. It’s easy to learn, and suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Join us for an introductory session of ‘Pickleball 101,’ running three times per week from October 3-November 11. Weekly drop-in sessions will be held:
Mondays 1 - 3 pm
Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Saturdays 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
