Good Health, Good Life!

Kewaunee Health & Fitness, Inc. is a member-owned and operated 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.

 Our mission is to create a healthy community by offering fitness and

wellness education and programming both in our facility and throughout Kewaunee County.

Our Community

KH+F partners with community groups to promote health and wellness throughout Kewaunee County including:

  • Advocates for Healthy Transitional Living

  • Aging and Disability Resource Center of the Lakeshore

  • Kewaunee School District​

 

We also offer programming on health and wellness topics both in our facility and around the community. These presentations are free and open to the public. Check the updates page for upcoming presentations.

Our Logo

About the Designer

John Rieben, a Wisconsin native, is an internationally recognized graphic designer whose career has included serving as the Manager of Design at the Container Corporation of America, Director of Communications at Raychem Corporation and Vice-President and Creative Director at Mobium/RR Donnelley. John has taught graphic design at the University of Michigan and is now Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

John's work is in several prestigious collections including the Museum of Modern Art. Mr. His designs have been featured in a number of publications including Who’s Who in Graphic Arts and Steven Bateman’s 2011 book Symbol.

John has been a member of KH+F since 2015.

Our Board of Directors

The members of KH+F elect Directors at the annual membership meeting held every December. Officers are subsequently elected by the Directors. The current Officers and Directors are:
