Spin Classes

Beginners Spin Class

Spin class is a group exercise class focused on cardio, endurance and strength using stationary spin bikes and alternating speed and resistance during the class. 

Limited to 6 students per class.



Healthways SilverSneakers®


Tuesday 9:00AM - 9:45AM 

Thursday 9:30AM - 10:15AM 

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.


Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Pickleball is a fun paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. It’s easy to learn, and suitable for all ages and skill levels.
